Description & Requirements
You will assist in managing and coordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of our projects in Hong Kong. You will be responsible to liaise between sub-contractors, architect/consultants, utilities and clients on project co-ordination and construction programme issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 10 years' relevant working experience, preferably with Main Contractor;
- Experience including CSD/CBWD coordination, utilities liaison and project management are essential;
- Good technical knowledge in either Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
- Ability to work independently under pressure and tight schedules;
- Excellent and strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with Design and Build Projects or ASD Projects is preferred;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Project Building Services Engineer.
